Many of our member campuses utilize a project proposal process to ensure that staff are thinking critically about their assessments and for the assessment coordinator/committee to have some oversight of the projects that are being coordinated. This practice can help reduce/minimize survey fatigue, help staff collect actionable data, and help assessment coordinators to point out opportunities for collaboration across departments.
