Have you ever found that after facilitating a program or event your students did not learn what you had hoped? Formative assessment can help monitor the learning experience and ensure that administrators are addressing knowledge gaps during the learning experience, rather than after. Quinnipiac University embraced the idea of moving beyond summative methods by incorporating formative assessment techniques throughout their student programming. This webinar highlights how one campus used formative assessment and the Student Response System to advance their understanding of their students’ co-curricular experience.

Guest Presenter:  Erin Twomey, Associate Director for Campus Life & New Student Orientation at Quinnipiac University.
