There is a loud drumbeat for Campus Climate Surveys that focus on sexual assault. Yet, many campus practitioners are unsure where to turn for sound, wide-scale survey development, and implementation. This session will lead colleagues through the quagmire that is campus-based, sexual misconduct climate assessment. Speakers will engage participants in a discussion seminar and training focused on the technical and functional aspects of survey development and implementation. Speakers will also draw connections between sound assessment measures and exemplary examples of sexual misconduct adjudication. How survey data can help navigate a Department of Education Title IX Investigation and promising practices in sexual misconduct adjudication will be discussed.
