We have released two new features into the Baseline platform. We invite you to take a moment to log in and check out these great new tools.
Survey Project Categories
Our data science team has been hard at work categorizing survey projects within Baseline, and we are excited for you to start reaping the benefits. Our new Project Categories feature lays the groundwork for future development and creates exciting possibilities for the kinds of data analytics we can provide. Your campus users will be made aware of this new feature by a blue notification screen on a project dashboard or once they hit "submit" during the project request process. We'll suggest relevant tags based on keywords in the survey title, but users will have the ability to manually select any of our 75 pre-defined tags as well. View our quick tutorial to see Project Categories in action.
Lab Partners Program
We are now also offering Baseline users the option to opt into a new beta reporting page through our Lab Partners program. This program will give participating Baseline users the opportunity to test new beta reporting features currently under development. Users will be notified of an "opt in" opportunity to participate in the Lab Partners program when they access the results page of any project. The Lab Partners reporting site will not replace the current reporting features. However, it will provide some new analytics and results displays that users may find helpful-such as the average time it takes respondents to complete the survey, as well as a view of respondents according to the day of the week and the hour of the day they access the survey. Those who do opt into this program may periodically be asked to provide feedback on their experience.
